When you buy a sample asset or pack on Majik's Sounds, you get a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the files in your own music, releases, scores, and commercial projects.
You may not resell the raw sample file as a sample pack, claim authorship of the source file, or use the asset to train models unless the asset page explicitly says AI training is allowed.
AI derivatives are permitted only when the asset page says they are. The platform records that consent and keeps the cert manifest with the download.
